Drum Jatra, the Kathmandu Percussion Festival celebrates the joys of percussion sounds from numerous cultural backgrounds.

With the slogan of “Rhythms of Unity and Diversity,” the six-day festival will feature a wide spectrum of percussion instruments performed by Nepal’s master drummers and percussionists in venues around the Kathmandu Valley. Under the Artistic Direction of Navin Chettri, the festival is put together by the team at The Music Room.
